Responsibilities:

• Responsible for set up of Network and Systems in Hong Kong & Asia Offices
• Supporting & Maintaining Networks, Servers, Storage, hardware and associated software products
• Keeping Infrastructure operating and meeting the agreed service-level
• Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of Infrastructure in accordance to the Security Standard and Change Management Policy
• Level-two escalation support to Infrastructure issues that require technical specialization
• Performing preventive maintenance of Infrastructure devices and services
• Overseeing operational health of Infrastructure devices and services (Availability Management)
• Maintain APAC region Infrastructure inventory and warranty service
• Provide regular backup to Infrastructure devices, services, and important production data and images.
• Optimal networks and systems performance and systems capacity planning (Capacity Management)
• Deployment of security fixes on Infrastructure services in accordance to Corporate Vulnerability and Patch Management policy
• Create & maintain document portfolio of Site Catalogue, Operations / Audit Best Practices, trouble-shooting & related solutions knowledge base.
• Carry out software and hardware maintenance and provide the stability of various systems
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve critical network and system issues
• Execute IT Disaster Recovery Plan (IT DRP)
• Perform daily system and network monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
• Manage projects assigned and ensure completion in accordance to project timeline

Requirement

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent
• Working Experience (Industry, Specialization, Type, Min no. of Years)
• 3-4 years of proven experience in IT Operations & End-User Support environments
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, HP Server and Storage hardware.
• Strong working knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies
• Experience with Sniffer software, Structured Cabling documentation standards and diagramming
• Experience with Palo Alto firewall, Juniper, Fortinet and Cisco network devices
• Experience with Windows Server, VMWare ESXi/vCenter and VEEAM backup
• Knowledge of Linux / Open Source tools and applications will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Server Room setup will be an advantage
