Experience

Total 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management services Total 8+ years of relevant experience in network architecture, including setup, installation, and maintenance. Proficiency in cisco network management and administration. Proven track record of designing and deploying complex network infrastructures. Experience with network security best practices and technologies. Hands-on experience with network monitoring and performance optimization tools. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network issues in a timely manner. Strong background in Linux system administration. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and processes. Experience in working in infra projects with BFSI customers. Experience of global delivery with offshore/ onsite model.

Mandatory Skills

Proficiency in network design and architecture. Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching. Experience with network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Familiarity with network monitoring and performance optimization tools. Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Strong understanding of network virtualization and cloud networking solutions. Strong skills in Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.

Willing to work 24x7 project timelines including visit to data center.

Qualification

Must have bachelor's or master's degree in IT/ engineering or equivalent qualification. Must have certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), or equivalent. Additional certifications in network security or cloud networking are a plus. Good have ITIL certification. * Must be trained in ITSM tools, process, remedy, service now, jira, confluence, sharepoint.
