Requirement

1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 year working experiences in networking
Hands-on experience with Fortinet Switch and Forti-gate FW.
Strong communications and written skills in English.
Excellent problem solving skills in a multi-tasking, fast-paced and complex work environment.

Responsibility

Manage firewall patches remotely (Firewall and Switch located in Bangalore, IN)
Troubleshoot any network issues to maintain the remote link
Making configuration changes to Fortigate Firewall (when required via proper change request)
Monitor and analyse log using FortiAnalyzer
Perform VA using VA tool. Work with OEM/relevant parties on any remediation
Review network traffic problems with relevant parties for resolution
Present findings and recommendations to customer (when required)
Create and maintain documentation as per defined SOP
