Responsibilities

Perform configuration audits across network devices to ensure compliance, consistency, and operational integrity.
Help to identify gaps, enforce standards, and support continuous improvement in network quality.
Conduct regular audits of network device configurations
Establish and monitor KPIs for infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability
Collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions
Support documentation and process refinement
Assist in automation initiatives to streamline audit workflows

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field
Preferably 3+ years of experience in network operations or engineering
Understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, protocols)
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Familiarity with process-driven environments
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a process-driven environment
Exposure to configuration management and compliance frameworks is a plus
Automation skills (e.g., Python, Ansible) are desirable
Industry certifications such as JNCIA, CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 12 months Agency Contract employment.
