Role Overview

To support the network project management data cleansing efforts, in addition to providing administrative support to Network Project Managers, that will be assigned on a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft Budget Requests (BRs), Purchase Requests (PRs) & Cost Terminations (CTs), for assigned vendors for data cleansing (Renewals, Service Terminations, Novation, Price Changes, and Service Transfers) , as well as for Network Project Managers (NPMs) as needed.
• Provide notification when BRs, PRs and CTs are ready for review and submit. And doing so prior to the cost item expiration dates.
• Provide database (Insight, IPSM, ProvDB) updates throughout processing to assure current status is available for stakeholders (Vender Management, Product, Verification team, NPMs, Engineering, Finance, and IT)
• Assist NPM team access authorization lists with our colocation providers
• Research as needed, to ensure Cost Items (CI) are properly linked as part of the data cleansing function, or as directed by NPM being supported.
• Limited interaction with vendors (site access, invoice queries, etc.)
• Follow-up with Vendor Management and Engineering teams for service renewals (Internal & External)
• When asked, to contribute feedback/input, on matters that pertain to the continuous improvement of the team.
• To be able to identify when it is time to escalate for assistance
• Additional duties as required

Experience/Qualifications

• Associate\'s Degree/Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in administration support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Detail oriented
• Team player
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Verbal and Written communication in English
