The Responsibilities:

  • Support Network Demand Management (NDM) department in Campus Network, SDWAN, Netsec, SITS, and other related topics
  • Assist CMO RTC service owner in maintaining service planning and standards for Telephony, Mobile communication, and Video Conferencing
  • Manage Real-Time communication shared services rollout, focusing on ITIL-based processes and standardization
  • Collect local demand for services and adjust SSC service portfolio accordingly
  • Ensure service availability while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Provide NDM consulting support for local network contacts in APAC
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for CMO RTC service teams
  • Serve as Regional Governance function for Real-Time Communication demands
  • Ensure quality and continuity of Real-Time Communication service operation
  • Manage third-party operators
  • Manage service design, transition, and operation of Real-Time communication services (e.g. IP Telephony, Call Center, Efax, Softphone, Video Communication)
  • Enforce alignment with global standards for Real-Time Communication technologies
  • Oversee implementation of Real-Time Communication-related projects
  • Act as the single point of contact in APAC for NDM, Campus Network, and Real-Time Communication topics
  • Facilitate information exchange between regional shared service teams and central ITx departments
  • Support requests from central or local CoC\'s for application hosting in APAC, offering technical consultation and cost calculation for shared services
  • Provide training for regional staff on new processes/tools for managing Company\'s application access in APAC
  • Assist line manager in budget planning and spending
  • Monitor shared service SLA with internal customers in the APAC region
The Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management
  • Expertise in Campus Network design, architecture, technology, and deployment models
  • Understanding of Firewall, IDS/IPS, and general network security concepts
  • Proficiency in Call Center design, deployment, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Unify VOIP products (OpenScape series)
  • Familiarity with Polycom infrastructure products (Polycom RMX, DMA, VBP), and endpoints
  • Knowledge and experience in Cisco VC infrastructure products (Cisco VCSx, CUCM, TMS) and Cisco endpoints
  • LAN and WAN technology expertise, especially for Real-time Communication applications
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication as a Service products (Unify Circuit, Cisco Spark, Skype for Business)
  • Understanding of CTI integration with CRM applications like Salesforce.com, PEGA, BMC Remedy
