Responsibilities We're looking for a Network Support Engineer (Japanese-speaking) to provide support and see to the resolution of incidents on network connectivity issues for Japanese-market corporate customers. Analyse and troubleshoot incoming tickets Resolve technical issues faced by clients involving their network connectivity Communicate and coordinate with relevant partners to reach resolution Ensure client satisfaction throughout the incident management process Contribute to technical support knowledge base Test new services to ensure that they meet the required standards, and support related business requirements cross-functionally. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Systems Engineering, Networking or Telecommunications Related certifications such as CCNA would be an advantage At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably within a network operations centre Hands-on knowledge of networking technologies Strong analytical and communication skills Proficiency in English Professional-level proficiency in Japanese to address and resolve technical problems faced by Japanese-speaking customers Excellent team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Ability to stay focused and task-oriented.
