This role is part of a global team, applying global standards and processes, with regional knowledge and nuances as appropriate. It will oversee the delivery of all network services in ASPAC, such as WAN, LAN, WLAN, Voice (SIP)/ISDN, Contact Center, including all supporting services such as structured cabling.
This role will be mostly process driven, but the associate must also have technical skills. This associate should be familiar with IP Management, MPLS, SDWAN, B2B tunnels, VPN remote access, LAN switching, routing protocols, VoIP, Cloud-based Networking (AWS, Azure, Cisco Meraki) and Contact Center as a Service, and Firewall deployment and network security.
Deliver services that are based on our global standards, processes, and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to:
ITIL processes (such as Change Management, Asset Management, Problem Management)
New ServiceNow instance (Daisy)
Intake and execution process
Vendor related processes
Procurement and sourcing processes
Develop and adhere to engineering standards
Resource Management including Contractors and Vendor resources and resource utilization, recruitment, and cost recovery.
Monitor and report on the overall delivery of services, identify issues and gaps and create service improvement plans to mitigate and/or eliminate issues to improve services.
Working with Engineering and Operations to ensure all deployment work is delivered.
Act as a point of a contact for the business and other internal IT teams, understanding business requirements. Provide direction and prioritize all requests with Delivery resources, expediting and escalating as appropriate.
Manage Financials: Secure adequate fundings for new projects, manage project fundings, provide approvals for PR/PO and invoices, partner with Finance for capitalization and year end accruals.
Qualifications: Certifications, Knowledge, and Soft Skills
Strong technical knowledge of, and work experience with, Cisco products
10 years of large/enterprise Network Operations expertise and experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Bachelor's degree ideally in STEM or Computer Networking or Data Communications or equivalent
Experience with Waterfall and Agile Project management processes and practices (nice to have)
Understanding of the Consumer Health Businesses and their networking needs and common practices ( nice to have)
Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE (nice to have)
