We are committed to nurturing individual skills and supporting career aspirations.The role of IT Support at Prosegur Change involves providing essential technical assistance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the organisation\'s IT systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high-level confidentiality when accessing company data
• Log all calls and provide clear, concise, and organised solutions
• Prioritise tasks and address calls based on severity, escalating unresolved issues promptly
• Establish communication with relevant personnel during problem resolution
• Demonstrate technical proficiency and professionalism in branch visits and interactions
• Proficient in MS Intune onboarding, deployment, and other MS products
• Provide hardware, software, printing, point-of-sale, and networking support
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment
• Monitor POS replication Dashboard and take appropriate action for out-of-sync branches
• Assist in setting up new POS branches and performing transactional tests
• Assist in setting up POS users and granting correct region access
• Assist in setting up Office 365 email addresses, Teams, and SharePoint
• Undertake other duties essential for effective operations and services, as needed

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week 5 out of 7 days, flexible hours

• Must be eligible to work full-time in Singapore
