Job Description
- Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Balance all front office accounts
- Resolve room status and rate discrepancies
- Generate operational reports
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned
- Must have a hotel experience
- With at least 1 year of experience as Night Auditor
- With knowledge and background in accounting and bookkeeping
- Knowledge in Opera is an advantage
