By joining our Regional AMEA Finance team, you will be working with many teams and will be covering a very diverse country portfolio across South-East Asia, Middle East and Africa. Together with your team members, you will anticipate and evaluate the financial impact of decisions, make sure we are on track to achieve our Zone objectives and will find the right way forward by improving processes and ways of working.What will you be doing in this role?

• Drive accurate and timely reporting of AMEA financial data to key stakeholders and leadership teams in compliance with corporate financial policies
• Work with many different functions to drive processes, e.g. Business Services, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics at zone level, but also finance teams throughout the Zone from Asia, Africa and Middle East to headquarters in Paris
• Creatively improve efficiency, focus on simplification and digitalization of our current processes
• Support on ad-hoc analyses and PPT presentations requested by senior management

More specifically:

• NMSCC Forecast & Monitoring

o Support 3-year factory roadmap on Controllable Costs / NS improvement
o Support in preparation of controllable costs FY guidance per plant
o Support in definition and animation of Logistics / NS improvement strategy
o Monitor monthly cost trends and variances, providing actionable insights
o Ensure accurate pipeline reporting for all productivity projects using IPROView

• Capex Controlling & Project Validation

o RF animation, from Capex & lease projects bottom-up to guidance issuance
o Support in Capex allocation throughout the year for execution as per cadrage
o Support countries in CAR formalization and review when zone approval needed
o Execute monthly AMEA zone CAPEX monthly closing & reporting
o SME on CAR and Capex Portfolio Management tools for the zoneTo be successful in this role, you will need\xe2\x80\xa6The following technical skills and experience:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in Finance, in large and international context (preferably an FMCG)
• Ability to build trustful relationships with different and senior stakeholders

• Ability to challenge status quo and drive with energy to make things happen

• Strong analytical & communication skills, at ease to manage complexity and quickly adapting to changing assumptions

• A true team player and comfortable to work in an international environment
