Will act as Level 2 & Level 3 Network Operation Support.
Assists in configuration, implementation and management of Router and Switches for new active stores (IPVPN & MPLS connection) together with different third parties.
Hands-on experience in managing Meraki, Cisco Routers, Switches, & Fortinet.
Responsible for the configuration of routing protocols such as Static Route, ACL, BGP, & OSPF.
Monitoring of network infrastructure and store circuits through the Network Management System (PRTG), Meraki Dashboard, and AWS Cloudwatch.
