Job Responsibilities

• Support Cloud Pool infrastructure which includes but not limited to Switch, Storage, Firewall, Server, Speedtest Server, e-Sight System, ZOHO System

• Must have knowledge in NOC Business Network for SMS Center, Prepaid Voice Call (PPS), USSD, SPAM Blocking System, and Dial Test System

• Must have knowledge in NOC Core Network for International Gateway, International Roaming, Signaling Network, EPC, 5 GC, VoLTE IMS, Domestic Gateway and VoWIFI

• Responsible for Detection of Wireless Problem, Daily KPI, Summary and Analysis, Setup SOP, planning. Execution, follow-up, and management

• Must have knowledge in NOC Transmission Network for transport equipment, Clock synchronization network, Setting up of SOP, Repair, planning, Proposal, Design and Procurement.

• Performs IP Alert Dispatching Rules Settings and Improvement and Remote Repair of the Dispatching

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering or any related course.

• At least 6 years of experience in Business Network for NOC.

• Have general knowledge about the principles of incident, problem, and the change process.

• Have good knowledge about excel and be able to generate required SM-related reports.

• Have general knowledge about the functions of at least one mainstream ITSM modules.

• Fluent business English in both oral and written. (Fluency in Chinese Language is an advantage)

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• NOC Engineer: 6 years (Required)
