Lead the monitoring services (Network, Tools, Servers, etc.)
Work with team members to ensure on-boarding, adoption and maintenance of the tools
Develop dashboards to show the overall health of complex application and health of dependent systems
Work with Level 2/3 support teams to use monitoring tools
Work with incident, problem and change managers to implement requirements for ITSM, APM, broad case tools and different internal groups on CMDB development and maintenance
KPI reports to Manager
Ad-hoc tasks in areas such as audits, risk management, impact assessment and DR activities.
