The IT operations support personnel shall be responsible for supporting the clients, vendors and other stakeholders for products and services
The IT operations support personnel shall perform the following routine work:
§ Create and monitor the network, facility and security sensors
§ Log, troubleshoot, follow-up and resolve new and outstanding tickets
§ Perform remote hand service based on request by Customers
§ Support Internal Operational requirements
§ Partake in Maintenance Activities
§ Maintain and update reviews into documented Operational Procedures
First-level Network support checks before escalating to 2nd Level Support
Perform physical network infrastructure deployment and cross connect provisioning for internal and customers
Generate and analyse operational data for network performance, statistics and usage reports for network.
Job Requirements
Diploma and Above in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 1 Year experience in IT Call Center / Data Center operations environment
Familiarity with facility management, server hardware and network equipment is a plus.
Knowledge on the working of Domain Name System (DNS) Management of DNS Records
Basic Knowledge on Networking and protocols
Ability to understand operational work processes
Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift duty environment
Knowledge of ITIL methodology will be advantageous
CCNA Certification will be advantageous
High-potential fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome.
