The IT operations support personnel shall perform the following routine work: Create and monitor the network, facility and security sensors Log, troubleshoot, follow-up and resolve new and outstanding tickets Perform remote hand service based on request by Customers Support Internal Operational requirements Partake in Maintenance Activities Maintain and update reviews into documented Operational Procedures . First-level Network support checks before escalating to 2nd Level Support . Perform physical network infrastructure deployment and cross connect provisioning for internal and customers . Generate and analyse operational data for network performance, statistics and usage reports for network. .
