Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide shift work NOC operations, such as remote hand service, customer support, hotline, etc.
- Perform remote hand service based on customer guideline.
- Supervise Vendors to carry out scheduled NOC maintenance, structure cable installation, cross connect installation, rack installation, etc.
- Escort customer for Data Halls visit
- Escalate problem / incident to tier 2 engineers or shift manager.
- Incident handling
- Assist Manager / Engineer to handle Customers\xe2\x80\x99 IT equipment racks & equipment move-in.
- Perform cable connection test for Customers\xe2\x80\x99 IT equipment
- Assist Manager to update Inventory list / Asset list \xe2\x80\xa6etc.
- Temperature monitoring
- Good working attitude
- About 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of NOC operation in Data Centre/Telecommunications industry
- Familiar with NOC resource management, such as rack space, cable management \xe2\x80\xa6 etc.
- Shift duty required
- Provide shift work Emergency service
