Job Description
We are looking for NOC System Support Engineer to join IT software company!
- Working Hours: 12 Hours Day/Night Shift
- Working Location: Tanjong Pagar, 5 minutes away from MRT station
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Shift Allowance+ AWS + VB (Permanent Roles)

- Support the organisation\'s data centre services through active 24x7 monitoring of the infrastructure.
- Act as Level 1 escalation point for all onsite operational incidents, respond & perform remote requests.
- Document and update accurately all requests on the internal Web Portal ticketing system such as user requests, incidents, provisioning, etc
- Deliver ITIL compliance process conformance for incident, problem and change management
- Ensure effective implementation of safety, security and customer support policy and procedures
- Coordinate and provide support to contractors and vendors as well as inspecting completed work
- Plan and support all preventive and reactive maintenance activities with little to no disruption to company\'s services
- Understanding on IT Operations and Service Management and willing to work in 12-hours shift work.
- Minimum 1 year or more experience in Data centre will be advantages.
- Experience in Domain Name System (DNS), Webserver (Apache & NGINX)
- Basic Knowledge on Linux Systems
- Basic Knowledge on Networking
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies will be advantageous
