Job Description
Network Operational engineer(NOC)-Level 2 Location: Singapore Job Status: Full-Time Mode: Onsite Experience: 4+ Years Terms: Initially 1 year of the contract. Note: The engineer must have a valid work permit to work in Singapore. :
- Remote management and proactive monitoring of the Network Monitoring Tool
- 24*7 NOC support to Large Global clients that have a distributed LAN, WAN setup
- should have knowledge of ITIL standards.
- Level 2 support for Incident Management/ticket resolution
- Creation of MOP/ SOP and planning Change management process
- Performance tuning of network devices and creation of SOP
- Work with Telecommunication Service Providers to resolve escalated circuit problems to resolution.
- Planning and Performing upgrades of network and security devices.
- Work with Hardware/ Software Vendors to resolve problems.
- Train and Mentor team members
- Provide technical inputs for weekly/ monthly customer service review reports.
- Working experience of NOC is highly appreciable.
- Monday to Friday
- NOC: 4 years (Required)
- ITIL: 1 year (Preferred)
