The responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the B2B sector.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Hand existing customer base and expand the business opportunities.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with potential clients in Singapore.
• Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of business clients and identify emerging market trends.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective coordination of sales activities and to meet the needs of B2B clients.
• Negotiating and finalising contracts with business clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Managing internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales goals and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
• Delivering orders is necessary.
• Providing regular reports and updates to the Brand manager on sales performance and progress towards targets.
• Overall, a Senior Sales Executive in a B2B retail business setting is responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of the sales function for business clients. They must be skilled at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and negotiating deals to maximise revenue and profitability.

Qualification:

• Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong customer service skills and creating a positive customer experience.
• Basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
