NPI Engineer | Perm | Up to $5,000 | North | Electronics Assembly
Develop yourself with the opportunity to work in a renowned Global MNC in Electronics Assembly dedicated to provide cutting-edge solutions. Today, they have an opportunity as an NPI Engineer for engineering professionals experienced in NPI Product Transfer and data analysis in the manufacturing space.
Responsibilities:

• Defining and implementing manufacturing assembly and test processes for new products transitioning to manufacturing line
• Perform BOM setup, work flow processes, manufacturing plan and detailed work instructions
• Perform Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to analysis risks in the manufacturing process
• Responsible for manufacturing equipment and process qualification (IQ/OQ/DQ/PQ).
• Provide production support through successful and sustained project launch.
• Support identification of and implementation of continuous improvement projects in manufacturing
• Maintaining compliance of the quality system including corrective action closure, discrepant material dispositions and ECP implementation

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment and machinery production
• Good knowledge of SMT technology, LEAN methodology and Quality Management principles
• Experienced in programming knowledge for data analysis (e.g. Python)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
