  • Sector: O&G / ICU / Pediatric / Medical Surgical / Midwifery

Job Responsibilities:
  • To plan, coordinate and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Departments.
  • To lead a nursing team to manage staffing needs and conduct ward rounds.
  • Mentor/supervise nurses in their clinical practice, and participate in hospital committees/projects.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years relevant experience as managerial role
  • Possess initiative and integrity, good leadership skills and result-driven
  • Possess good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work shift hours
