On behalf of one of its clients in the events industry, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a O\xef\xac\x83ce Manager

With O\xef\xac\x83ces in Singapore, France, Indonesia and Cambodia, we also operate projects in Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Bhutan, Italy, Germany, Croatia and Spain.

We are currently looking for an O\xef\xac\x83ce Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the smooth running of the o\xef\xac\x83ce, and has a large role to play in the o\xef\xac\x83ce environment. We are open to both full time and part time options.

Main responsibilities

- Manage, Organise and improve the o\xef\xac\x83ce environment

- Source & manage external vendors and suppliers (maintenance, Air con, Pantry supplier etc) to reduce cost & improve e\xef\xac\x83ciency

- Manage onsite warehouse stock & storage.

- Conceptulise and implement ideas to utilise the space better (i.e area for people to each lunch / take breaks) and process to ensure items are secure and access is allowed for the staff.

- Work with HR manager to create \xe2\x80\x98welcome pack\xe2\x80\x99 to give new companys employees Tshirts, water bottles, pens etc. Come up with ideas and source for suppliers.

- Support onsite client meetings, parties and events happening at the o\xef\xac\x83ce. Source vendors/sta\xef\xac\x80 to support, including install and clean up

- Work with party planning committee on company Apero\xe2\x80\x99s - source suppliers & provide input to reduce cost while delivering a successful Apero\xe2\x80\x99s

- Work with HR team on employee engagement activities such as gathering feedback & implementing changes across the o\xef\xac\x83ce.

- Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks as required

Some of the things you\xe2\x80\x99ll do include:

- Keeping stock check of all company items & ensuring their correct storage

- Keeping the communal areas tidy (switch o\xef\xac\x80 meeting room lights, push in chairs, liaise with housekeeping to tidy meeting rooms, keeping walkways clean)

- Manage the pantry - ensure timely purchasing of items to ensure pantry is stocked, seek feedback on what items people enjoy/don\xe2\x80\x99t enjoy and requests for new items.

- Manage all o\xef\xac\x83ce supplies - stationary, batteries, cables etc

- Create collaborative spaces for people to work & relax

- A creative problem solver mentality with the ability to \xef\xac\x81nd creative solutions to everyday challenges under pressure

- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills

- Either experience in a similar role, or exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills in lieu
