Ocean Freight Customer Service
Job Description
Ensure efficient and smooth operation of Ocean & Trucking shipments. Ensure accurate and correct permits are declared for all shipment. Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments. Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status. Update shipments arrival and timely delivery/POD arrangement. Assist to ensure selling/cost job for each job. Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers. Ensure service standards are met with all vendors. Ensure timely deliveries and manage Vendors' performance . Assist to reply to RFQ/Rates Request. Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services. * Any other official duties assign by Senior management.
