Establish and nurture strong partnerships with customers, carriers, and agents.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to meet client shipping requirements.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
Solid understanding of global trade lanes, carriers, and pricing structures.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and proven business development track record.
