Job Scope
- Assist Department Head in managing the sales team
- Indoor Sales Team
- RFQ Team
- Implant staff
- Assist and guide Sales Team to develop new business and expanding of existing business
- Plan and implement sales & marketing strategies
- Responsible on Department P&L
- Responsible on Department AR
- Preparing of various Management Reports
- Work with Operations Head in new business implementation & strategies
- Conduct marketing information research
- Plan for staff\xe2\x80\x99s career enhancement
- Attend overseas meetings
Requirements
Job Requirements
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience within same industry especially in Seafreight/Ocean
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
- Self-motivated and self-initiative, team player
- Good presentation skills
- Computer literate
- Willing to travel overseas when required
