JR28780 OCT MTE Materials Cash Cost Senior Engineer Responsibilities: Drive Material Cash Cost Value Engineering goals

• Understand short-term and long-term Material Cash Cost VE goals within Front End and ensure alignment to corporate business goals.

• Initiate and drive cross-functional programs to achieve corporate business goals

• Facilitate the definition of program scope, goals, deliverables, timeline and resource requirements in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders

• Manage the definition, refinement, and implementation of core methodologies and tools for business process including reporting

Deliver tactical support and program management

• Establish structure and manage program dependencies, prioritize programs, track program milestone and deliverables

• Deliver program proposals and regular progress reports

• Identify potential road blocks, develop and execute resolution plans

• Facilitate regular meeting cadence with key business partners

• Engage with key stakeholders to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement

Communication

• Conduct regular communication update to Sites and OCT leadership team

• Conduct program priorities, roadmap, wins, issues and any program related changes communication to key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/master’s in Engineering or equivalent work experience

• Experience / understanding of Micron FE manufacturing processes and business processes

• Excellent analytical, fact-based decision-making skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally

• Proven ability to plan and prioritize goals and objectives

• Proven ability to multi-task and lead team to meet challenging deadlines and goals

• Demonstrated ability to measure self and team for efficiency and effectiveness

• Knowledge on data analytics automation is beneficial
