Responsibilities Accounting Assistant

  • Balancing accounts
  • Filing all finance-related documents
  • Supporting the Accountant and/or Financial Manager in end-of-month closes
  • Managed 3rd party to ensure that vendor invoices are processed on time in accordance with the company policy.
  • Upload bank payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Being a contact person for suppliers
  • Back up of Accountant
Office Admin
  • Relocating of Office, setting up new office space, oversee office renovation
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and processes
  • Manage tenancy agreements, renewal and ongoing tenancy matters etc
  • Oversee facility management matters such as fixed asset inventories, office access card, phone system, door system,etc
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts and equipment procurement
  • Organizing internal event, Team building, Kick-off, CSR
  • Implementing health insurance, Employee welfare Benefits, for Singapore and Australia employee
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the company for IMS Certification.
  • Check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of the policies and procedures in the IMS to attain company objectives.
  • Assist HR with the HR admin related task for Singapore office (i.e. visa application, job posting on government portal)
