To provide operational and administrative support to the banking office team. Your role involves maintaining accurate records, processing financial transactions, and providing assistance to other bank employees. Important soft skills includes: Detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Processing and verifying checks, cash, and credit card payments.
  • Managing the daily cash flow and reconciling bank statements.
  • Conducting regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Preparing reports and providing financial information to management as required.
  • Coordinating with other bank employees to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Updating and maintaining customer account information.
  • Performing other administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant banking regulations and guidelines.
Job Requirements
  • Min Diploma, no experience is required
  • 5 days work week Mon - Fri (9am - 630pm)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other financial software programs
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
