Job Description

Main responsibilities . Visitor reception . Security door access and access card management . Facility management . Mobile/Data SIM management . Secretarial support (calendar and meeting management) . Business trips and hotel arrangement for staff . Manage office supplies, office equipment & pantry supplies . Manage in-house and external applications (e.g. CONCUR) . Organize meetings, events & etc. . Manage all incoming/outgoing mails, courier document/parcels and document circulation . Other ad-hoc duties / project as assignedQualifications and Profile . Diploma or Degree in Finance/Management/Administrative skills . Preferred 3+ years of experience in similar role . Strong communication skills, both oral and written. . Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders. . Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. . Ability to perform multiple tasks . Team player with strong integrity and accountability mindset. . Strong coordination, interpersonal and problem-solving skills . Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Pivot Table, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
