Job Description


Honeypeach Bakery is established in 2020 that turn into a boutique bakery. Our cakes have tried by many celebrities and was featured in The Straits Time, Mothership, Seth Lui and Eatbook. We specialized in customized cakes and desserts for any event.

Responsibilities

  • Handling of customer\'s enquiries and feedbacks received on our social media platforms (Facebook, Whatsapp, etc) and resolving them in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Data entry for customer purchase order and generate invoice and delivery order.
  • Assist with our customer service hotline on products and service enquiries.
  • Social media account management.

Requirements
  • No/minimum experience is welcome.
  • Good command in English, both written and verbal.
  • Responsible and punctual.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Well versed with MS office with basic excel/word knowledge is preferred.

Working Hours: Monday to Tuesday: 7:30AM - 2:30PM Wednesday to Saturday: 7:30AM - 4:30PM
