Job Description




  • Handle Office Admin matters including HR Admin, IT and Accounts suport
  • Filing of documents
  • Responsible for retreiving incoming mails
  • Purchase office supplies and stationaries
  • Basic IT troubleshooting
  • Update employees particulars
  • Visa application and purchase of air tickets
  • Ensure office equipment is in good condition
  • Any adhoc duties assigned

  • Diploma in Business or equivalent
  • 1 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
