Office administration: Reception
  • Manages the reception desk of the company.
  • Implements all security directions issued by the Compliance Officer of the company.
  • Arranges meetings on the premises for the client-facing staff of the company.
  • Assumes direct responsibility for the handling of post, courier and deliveries.
  • Takes charge of the printing and stationery requirements of the company.
  • Ensures adequate stock-management and cost-optimisation.
  • Attends to refreshments for guests and visitors.
  • Manages in an autonomous manner the pantry facility offered by the company to its employees.

Office administration: General duties
  • Contributes under supervision to the relationship management with vendors and suppliers.
  • Provides assistance to the commercial teams in a variety of areas, including but not limited to, the electronic filing of customer and office information, the preparation of support material for clients and the facilitation of general communications to the clients of the company.

Accounts :
  • Works under the supervision of the head of finance and controls.
  • Assists with the timely input of accounting data and the conduct of bank transactions.
