Job Scope:\xc2\xb7 Reception Duties:- Greet and assist incubatees, visitors, and guests.- Handle inquiries and provide information professionally.\xc2\xb7 Email Management:- Monitor incoming emails and review content.- Forward relevant emails to appropriate colleagues.\xc2\xb7 Event Assistance:- Support planning and execution of office events (talks, workshops, seminars).- Coordinate logistics and assist with on-site event management.\xc2\xb7 Facility Management:- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of office facilities.- Address facility-related issues and ensure common areas are well-maintained.Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Experience in administrative or similar roles.\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.\xc2\xb7 Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities.\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and organizational skills.\xc2\xb7 Customer-focused with a professional demeanor.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\xc2\xb7 Proactive problem-solving skills.Working Hours:Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays8.30am to 6pm
