Build relationships with our clients. Support client enquiries by giving information in a friendly and efficient way. Taking responsibility for finding solutions for our clients whilst keeping up to date with our services and policies. Liaise with Operations to ensure client's instructions are carried out, rectify any operational discrepancies if necessary and update clients that instructions have been carried out.
