Job Description


To be able to perform the below task diligently:

  • Manage pre-work for site works and installations.
  • Manage appointments, calendar and inventory.
  • Preparation of Quotes, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and other documentation as and when needed.
  • Phone and Customer friendly.
Liaising with key stakeholders of the Company.

Skills
  • Intermediate Computer and Network Knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fast and Verified Work.
  • Good Listener and note taker.
Patient and Calm


Requires
  • Willingness to learn and pickup new skills.
Good command of English (Verbal and Written)

Workdays:
  • Week 1: Monday to Friday with Saturday as rest day and Sunday as off Day
  • Week 2: Monday to Saturday with Thursday as rest day and Sunday as off Day.
  • Hours: 9am (0900Hrs) to 6pm (1800Hrs) for every workday.
