Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all shared services
  • Assist the Estate Management Group in preparing high-level reports
  • Organize all major meetings of the group
  • General support and assistance to the Office of the Group Director/executive assistant role
  • Support and assistance in key projects and initiatives of the Group and the company
  • Manage reservation of all Estate Conference Rooms

  • 8 hour shift
