Job Details HR & Office Coordinator, APAC Location: Singapore Kantar Public is a world leading independent specialist research, evidence and advisory business providing services to government and the public realm, across all aspects of public policy. We are looking for an organised office and human resources all-rounder to join our growing team in our Singapore office. Reporting to the HR Business Partner - APAC, you will be the go-to person for all office matters. In this role, you will also provide first line support on answering employees and managers queries. Working closely the central HR team you will contribute to people priorities in Singapore and Korea as well as across the wider APAC region.Key responsibilities Provide an excellent employee experience, from the beginning to end of the employee lifecycle including the IT and systems set up. Prepare employee documentation and ensure that information in the HRIS is up to date and correct in a timely fashion including salary and benefits, job titles etc. Assist in the procurement of necessary office, kitchen supplies and stationery including laptops, keyboards and other office equipment as required. Ensure the smooth operation of the office meeting room set ups including organising staff and client events. Answer employees and managers guidance to leaders and managers on HR and business issues Support Talent Acquisition to ensure high quality talent is found in a timely, cost-effective manner including conducting reference and right to work checks. Posting of roles and other administrative tasks in the Singapore Government portal. Other tasks such as creating purchase orders and team administration. Support on the delivery of agreed components of Kantar Public APAC Regional and Global People Plan as well as other adhoc projects as they arise Your Profile Proven experience in an office administration / manager role with some exposure to HR. Highly organised individual with a key eye for attention to detail. Ability to manage confidential information Experience in Singapore and South Korea markets, with APAC experience highly regarded.
