Managing office matters such as developing and implementing procedures, policies, and office administration systems.
Handling and coordinating business travel and hotel arrangements, managing calendars, liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as banks, finance/hr/sales teams, vendors with regards to office matters, organizing company events and any ad hoc related duties.
HR support (assist with payroll processing & other administration duties)
Handle office insurance coverage related matters.
Responsible for the day-to-day administrative and assist in HR operations of the Thailand office.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
Regular updates to MD on the status of issues.
Requirements:
Min Bachelors degree in business administration/Human resource or equivalent
3 - 5 years experience who does HR, Admin and Payroll
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Great customer service attitude, Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and previous administrative experience is preferred.
Knowledge of local employment law and HR will be an advantage.
