We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of our office operations, providing administrative support to senior management, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. As a key member of our organization, the Office Manager will play a vital role in supporting our growth and success in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facility management, supplies procurement, and vendor relations.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize office productivity and organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

Administrative Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, tenants, vendors, and partners.
- Facilitate effective communication within the organization, disseminating information and updates as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up actions.

Human Resources Support:
- Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
- Maintain employee records, administer benefits programs, and facilitate HR-related training sessions.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably within the real estate or financial services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software applications.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with financial management tasks.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work assignments.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
