Provide general assistance required by directors
Support expatriate employees in their local administrative processes,
Notarization processes, apostille and/or any other legalization required
Coordination within APAC
With Human Resources & Health & Safety manager, implement actions in Japan office: new-comer preparation & reception, training or activities, leave follow-up, expats visa follow-up, etc
With finance team for local issues: Accounts receivables and payables in connection with financial controller and supplier, liaise with the banks, contribution to budget exercise
With IT coordinator: get IT set for new-comers or for change of staff, manage IT suppliers, IT equipment purchase and maintenance etc
With APAC other office manager: daily coordination
