  • Support the director in strategic, operational and administrative tasks
  • Planning and management of clients' tasks and continuous optimization of standard administrative tasks
  • Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
  • Designs and proposes plans (including contingencies) to manage risks and overcome obstacles
  • Review the existing processes and systems and develops plans to implement changes to increase work efficiency and effectiveness
  • Promotes a culture of learning and sharing of information; proposes changes to processes/ systems/ policies to support learning and sharing of information
  • Develop Human Resource policies and procedures to ensure equity in employment practices, sustainability operations and compliance with regulations.
  • Develops policies and processes to safeguard confidentiality of customer information
  • Uncovers additional business opportunities to up-sell existing and new services
  • Seek partnerships to create more value for customers
Human Resource & Office Management1) External In charge of business unit for HR and Admin support clients.2) Internal
  • Full spectrum of HR except payroll and Compensation & Benefit
  • Monitors performance standards and seek to improve current practices
  • Evaluates performance, provides constructive feedback, identifies root causes for poor performance, and finds ways to develop others.
  • Develops a learning roadmap to develop managers and employees; identifies and grooms leaders
  • Support the business day-to-day activities, ensuring all tasks are executed timely and effectively.
  • Coordination of office procurement activities, facility management, travel coordination and the provision of general administrative support to the team.
  • Builds relationships with customers and ensures that team members are customer-focused (e.g. respond timely to customer complaints)
  • Identifies customer needs and be responsive and flexible in meeting their demands; allocates resources accordingly to ensure projects meet/ exceed customer expectations
General Administration & Operational Support
  • Take charge of quotation and billing.
  • Maintenance and procurement office assets
  • Management of IT relevant tasks, e.g. maintenance of equipment and liaison with outsource IT Support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Management of office cleaning/cleaning staff
  • Approval of petty cash claims and staff leaves.
