Be the main point of contact with Building Management personnel and vendors; arrange repair works for all office equipment , including cleaning, catering and security services
Plan in-house or off-site activities, eg. Lunar new year, Halloween parties, celebrations and conferences
Plan and order festive gift to clients/staff within given budget
Requirements
At least 5 years of office management and EA experience in PR agency environment is an added advantage.
You can identify and prioritise tasks that require immediate attention. A self-starter, independent, hands on and resourceful person who can also work well with your team mates.
Be approachable, detail-oriented, organized and dedicated; proactive and enthusiastic with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A fast learner
