We represent world renowned sporting brands such as Yonex and Mikasa. We are looking for an Office Manager to join us in a position based in Singapore, reporting to the Regional Director. Main responsibilities would include organizing office operations and procedures and providing administrative services and clerical support to offices across the region including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. To be successful in this role, you should have gained good experience in office management and be knowledgeable in office management systems and procedures with some knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices. . Organize office operations and procedures. . Provide administrative services and clerical support to offices across the region including but not limited to the following: o Obtaining relevant business licences and permits o Setting up showrooms o Arranging for regular maintenance works o Ensuring filing systems are maintained and up-to-date o Establishing and monitoring procedures for record-keeping o Ensuring that the operations comply with regulations and standards o Managing contract and price negotiations with vendors and service providers including office leases etc . Ad hoc responsibilities will include providing general support to visitors participating actively in the planning and execution of company events. . Creating, handling, and reporting of budgets. Requirements . Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or equivalent fields of study with 3 years relevant experience, or proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience. . Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures. . Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures. . Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures. . Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures. . Knowledge of business and management principles. . Experience supporting business operations in the Philippines would be advantageous. . A willingness to travel within the region is essential. . Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. . Attention to detail and problem solving skills. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Strong organizational and planning skills. . Proficient in Microsoft Office.
