We are seeking for a multi-talented Office Manager to lead the back office functions of the firm. Responsibilities will include: Finance & Accounting Basic bookkeeping Liaise with external accountant on GST submission and preparation of management accounts Liaise with auditor on annual audit Work with Operations/Compliance/external accountant/company secretary as necessary for the preparation and filing of necessary documents to comply with statutory requirements Managing accounts payables and receivables Assist in annual company budgeting People & Culture Work with Department Heads on workforce engagement and HR policies to build a cohesive and positive culture Support Department Heads on workforce training as well as the hiring & onboarding of new talents Maintain workforce contracts and particulars database Approve and monitor reimbursements, leave and benefits Monthly payroll processing Admin Oversee the general management of the office (housekeeping, pantry, office consumables, calls, mail & dispatch etc.) Support Department Heads in organizing company events Review and store external vendor contracts Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess the following: 3-5 years experience in a similar managerial role Competency in Singapore employment, payroll and general business regulations Sound understanding of accounting concepts and experience with management accounting Experience with insurance industry compliance regulations will be an advantage
