Job Description



Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage office operations, procedures, correspondence, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and executing clerical tasks.
2. Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies
3. Ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently
4. Coordinate and manage clients and internal and external stakeholders when required
5. Maintain and update project files and records
6. Manage project finances and budgets including initiating invoices via our SAP system
7. Provide administrative support to senior management
8. Plan and coordinate company events and meetings
9. Supports business unit staff with project proposals, planning, monitoring, as required
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
1. Qualification in business administration, management or related field
2. At least 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or a similar role
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
