An exciting Office Manager role in the premium Office Furniture industry has just become available at one of the most respected and reputable international companies. Reporting directly to Regional Sales Manager, this is a role for someone who is able to multi-task in supporting sales and office administration, project management/order processing and showroom management.

About the Office Manager role:

In this business-critical role, your responsibilities are:

  • Sales & Office Administration:
  • Process quotes and tenders accurately and timely.
  • Regular updating quotes and business contacts in the CRM.
  • Regular logging of appointments, calls, events, entertainment in CRM
  • Prepare high quality presentations.
  • Assist Sales with warranty, insurance, care and environmental documents
  • Good product knowledge and understanding of their benefits/ applications
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders overseas for client invoicing, supplier payments and cheques banking.
  • Project Management/Order processing:
  • Process purchase orders received from clients
  • Manage each project by effectively by communicating with logistics, production, design and sales.
  • Keep accurate and orderly job files for each project.
  • Marking floor plans ready for delivery
  • Showroom and Furniture:
  • Maintain and update loan furniture database and showroom furniture database.
  • Organise and prepare loan furniture for timely delivery and pick-up.
  • Ensure high standards of presentation of showroom furniture.
  • Maintain and manage the showroom according to the Company standards
  • Assist with re-arrangement / placing of furniture
  • Manage inventory of showroom kitchen and ensure fridge is fully stocked.
  • Collaboration
  • Communicate critical customer and site information and requirements through the design brief to assist Designers
  • Complete tenders and quotations accurately and timely
  • Prepare presentations to assist sales representatives.
Requirements
  • Able to multitask and manage timelines efficiently
  • Able to manage both internal and external stakeholders locally and overseas
  • At least 5 years\' experience in office management and sales support
  • Comfortable working in a small team environment
  • Experience in customer service will be an added advantage
