About the Role:

• Office access control
• Building facilities management liaison
• Event planning including accommodation, restaurant and venue booking
• Procurement management of IT, stationary, branded merchandise and office supplies
• Minute taking in site related meetings
• Partnership with the social, DEI and charity committees to role out events
• Coordination with global site teams to ensure health and safety, BCP and other best practices are in place
• Management of new joiner requirements across tech, facilities and HR teams
