Internship Opportunity: Office Operations & Customer Engagement

Key Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.

• Appointment Management: Schedule and manage client meetings, ensuring our calendars are up-to-date.

• Reception Duties: Warmly welcome any walk-in customers or visitors, enhancing their experience.

• Errand Execution: Handle specific tasks like liaising with jewelers.

• Logistics: Organize and oversee international shipments to our clientele.

• General Office Support: Assist in diverse office tasks as and when required.
