: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office and Project Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations and supporting project management activities, ensuring the smooth running of our office and projects. Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, scheduling appointments, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
Provide administrative support to team members as needed, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining files
Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
Coordinate and schedule meetings and events
Assist with project management activities, including developing project timelines, monitoring progress, and communicating with clients and internal teams
Prepare and deliver project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders
Support the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs as needed
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in office administration or project management
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
